There are many things beyond our control after we made some choices in life. But we can always control our feeling, or how we see the good side of something bad. It is hard, I am guilty of it as well. But rather than brooding over it and make us more depressed, why not we choose to be happy and grateful for the good things in life, like our spouses and parents?
